Contemplating

This is an emulation of a digital illustration I had seen recently, the skin color shade was difficult to create and I had to try many times to get the correct tone and the background shade as well.

This painting would be a fabulous piece to be kept in a girl’s bedroom.

Clairvoyance

The Third Eye, this painting is about the opening of the third eye. It is knows as the “The Eye of Insight” believed to be the gate that leads to the inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. This painting subtly reveals that this lady-like figure has achieved the state of clairvoyance and her psychic energy is vibrating from of her mind in the form of nature that is flowers and leaves.

The living room or a young girl’s bedroom would be the perfect spot to hang this painting as it vibrates psychic energies which would lead one to higher consciousness. I hope that all of you all even while glancing it feel some sort of Psychic Energy.

This obviously was one of the painting which was out of my comfort zone to make, but I am delighted of how it turned to be. The immensely light pink background was complicated to paint as that was the last thing I painted. The image below shows what part of the painting I had painted first.

Resplendent

While making this alluring flamingo I struggled a little bit with the shading part but I absolutely loved using my favorite color Pink for this painting. As Flamingos in reality often stand on one leg they symbolize the importance of Balance in life. Flamingos being unique and attractive because of their color, this painting also emits the energy of Attraction and Uniqueness the qualities all living beings possess irrespective of color, age, gender etc. Hope you all feel the same!

Please feel free to leave a comment down below, I would be delighted and grateful if you all feel the same energies I mentioned or feel any other sort of emotion when looking at this painting. I hope to be more interactive with my readers…

Regret and Confession

We mortals are prone to carry the burden of this weighty companion called Regret. They are the subconscious emotions which escalate when you feel that you should or should not have done or said something previously resulting in them becoming the constant companions from our past. They cling to our souls like a leech not willing to leave. They only decide to break-up with us when we consciously acknowledge and communicate about them to others. Confession helps us separate from the glutinous companion, alleviating a massive amount of weight from the shoulders of our mighty souls.

I urge all the readers to give this thought of mine a moment of Introspection.

Radiant

I do not have any Copyrights of this image.

This form of art is called Polish Folk Art, the colorful flowers are the most distinct feature in this painting. In Polish Art typically these form of flowers are made. These beautiful flowers consist layers of different colors as one can observe and there are usually up to four to five layers made.

While making this painting I was thrilled about using vibrant colors, making the flowers and getting the symmetry was a bit tedious but somehow I managed to do it. I first filled in the flamboyant colors then I painted the black background. When one gets a glimpse of this painting I believe one feels very Radiant and looks back on Tradition. I surely gained insight on the importance of Tradition, hope you feel the same too.

Musical Creatures

I do not have any copyrights of this Painting/Image

This painting is inspired from a wall painting which I had seen earlier. I believe that all the paintings one makes has a certain vibe and energy attached to it. If one would hang this piece on the wall or see it for the first time they would feel an artistic and musical vibe. I absolutely enjoyed making this one. Hope these unearthly creatures grab your attention.

The Vicious Cycle

Self-doubt ➡ Confidence ➡ Arrogance ➡ Confidence and Humility

The “Vicious Cycle”, a process through which all humans achieve the highest and virtuous state of mind, Confidence and Humility. It is a step wise process by which one can reach the ultimate state by experiencing the cycle again and again, learning along the way or reaching it by being wholly conscious about the downfalls and rising above from it. It is essential for everyone to go through every phase of this cycle to discover the true value of the fundamental state and I hope after reading this cycle becomes less vicious for you.

Self-Doubt

“a feeling having no confidence in your abilities and decisions”. In this era of social media and merciless competition we have experienced this emotion at several occasions in our lives. I am sure all of you reading this would have questioned your ability of performing a specific task, communicating something to someone, passing an examination, getting admission in a particular college/university, getting a particular job, winning a competition and at many other instances in life. It could be possible that you currently are going through this feeling.

Serene

I have no copyrights over this image.

This Mandala is an excerpt from a bigger mandala I had seen. When I first saw this painting, I instantly decided to reproduce it. I thoroughly enjoyed myself when I was making this, I felt some sort of serene peace and that is the same energy and vibe I chose to give this painting. I hope you all feel the same when you first set your eyes on it.

Just before I started filling it with colors.

Natya ( The Art of Dancing )

This is painting is reproduced by me, using black poster paint only. I have no copyrights of this painting.

An ancient Indian form of art called Sanjhi Art, this painting is based on. The prominent figure in this painting is the transcendental Lord Krishna who is playing a melodious tune with his flute. The figures painted next to him are the two Gopis ( Women in Sanskrit are called Gopis ). They love to dance with the Divine on his euphonious melodies.

This painting was difficult to begin with, however in the end I was more than satisfied with how it formed up to be. I wanted to create a painting like this one since the longest time and being a dancer myself for so many years, I was joyful when I finally made this. I feel this painting gives out energy of Gratitude, Creativity and Excitement.

Interconnection and Patience

This painting is Islamic Art. Islamic art is often characterized by recurrent motifs, such as the use of geometrical floral or designs in a repetition known as the arabesque. The arabesque in Islamic art is often used to symbolize the transcendent, indivisible and infinite nature of God.

When I was creating this painting I had to be tremendously patient and concentrate deeply. it was one of the most tricky and complicated paintings I have ever made. As one can see in the second picture, it took a number of hours to draw the lines as all of them are interconnected. It gave me great joy and satisfaction when I finished this piece. Thus this painting clearly gives us a vibe of Interconnection and Patience.
